From the Depths 2018 No. 16

At 50,000 words (and that’s more like a minimum), writing a novel can be a daunting task. I’m still working on mine and sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever be done. But what happens when the challenge is to go the other way? What happens when a writer attempts to tell a story in not 50,000 words, but in just…18 words?
