I’ve been waiting nine months for this one to come out.

Immersion: An Asian Anthology of Love, Fantasy, and Speculative Fiction is home to a brand new story called “The Winter Sister” which is kind of special to me for a few reasons. Not only is it a tale that includes a Japanese snow ghost, mulberry paper, and Thai food, but it’s also the first story that I’ve collaborated on with my writing buddy Sylvia Santiago. Yes, writers actually can work together, and we think the result was pretty good. Well, good enough for our story to inspire the cover artist!
