This was probably the first time that I went to Vancouver hoping for rain. A lot of rain. I stalked the weather channel looking for days and times of peak precipitation. I walked through the neighborhood staring at storm drains and small stretches of street pavement. Finally, a good downpour came, and I went outside with an umbrella in one hand and my phone in the other. The reason for these soggy wishings? There was a little film that I wanted to make. It’s always nice to have something fun to do on a rainy day!
