Food Fridays - Seville

Seville was the city of tasty tapas (or what I like to call Spanish dim sum) and had some of the best desserts on the trip.  We had a lot of fun choosing little plates of Spanish morsels and ending our meals with shareable portions of desserty sweetness.  With the smaller portions, there was a lot more we could try!

Cream and raspberries, a perfect combination.

Go to an Irish pub in Spain, you get Irish tapas...tiny portions of pub grub.

One of the more interesting looking salads we've eaten.

Cold green gazpacho soup.

Cream of cauliflower and chorizo sausage soup.

Surprisingly in Italy, we never had a seafood risotto, so Jimmy had to try one here.

Cod with vegetables and cream

Octopus feria parmentier

Iberian cheeks in red wine with goat cheese gratin

Iberico pork shoulder with a light shaving of sea salt.

And the winner for best dessert so far: Coulant de chocolate con salsa de naranja y helado de vainilla (basically a dolce de leche lava cake).
