A new poetry series has arrived for 2025!

Very excited to introduce a new five-part series entitled ‘glacier lake’. Episodes are released on a monthly basis, and this is the teaser/trailer.

In 2024, I made a goal to release a new poetry film every month which was (mostly) successful. The films were a mix of previously published poems, poems that I’d written but had never found a home, and brand new poems that were usually inspired from the footage I took.

This year, I wanted to return to where it all began. A short poem short film series. Back in 2022, I started making poetry films and released the series entitled ‘Compostable Morsels’. I loved how the setting tied these little films together and how they felt like a complete set of visually linked pieces.

This time, not only does the setting tie the films of ‘glacier lake’ together, but also the ‘characters’ which are little origami shapes. For the teaser trailer, I attempted to make a glacier. I’m not quite sure if it came across as clear as I would have liked, but there are a few more characters coming up which I think will be more recognizable.
