Mushrooms at Rice Lake

Two weeks of unending precipitation have made Vancouver the perfect growing ground for all vegetation. After a little hike around Rice Lake (which was so green and moss-covered, it felt straight out of a fairy tale forest), we discovered that mushrooms soaked in rain and early morning light can actually be quite…um…magical.
