Fish Soup

I think all cultures have some sort of soup - bits of ingredients boiled and simmered down into something warm and nourishing, each bowl, a reminder of history and tradition. I did not grow up with fish soup, so having it now is a new experience in my adult life. And eating it is something I find particularly challenging. So, I decided to write about it.
