Infinity's Kitchen is an experimental literary magazine, and while I definitely don't consider myself an experimental poet, I was inspired by one of my friends who does amazing work in found poetry.  

Found poetry is basically taking an existing piece of work and extracting words and phrases to make a whole new piece.  Since I can't bear to mark up or black out anything in a book, I gathered up a bunch of local free magazines and was immediately drawn to the food sections.
