Good work gets rejected for a myriad of reasons. Now, despite what the trolls might think, “unconditional acceptance” means that the piece would not be rejected based on limited space in an issue, nepotism, genre, editorial preference, theme, etc. Vetting did occur for inappropriate content. This issue was an artistic experiment to see what could be put out there when some of the gate keeping was removed. And the result was a wonderful artistic mosaic of over 400 pieces.
