The menu said this was called "Uji Kintoki", basically shaved ice with mochi and red bean paste

Kopi (coffee with condensed milk) and toast topped with butter and kaya (a sweet jam made from coconut milk and egg) 

Winter melon and pork ribs soup

Indonesian grilled chicken and squid (ayam panggang and sotong panggang)

Saw these in Japan and have been meaning to try them ever since.  Figured Singapore is my last chance.  They were worth the wait!
