Food Fridays - Busan

There was a lot of food we wanted to try in beautiful Busan. So much so, in fact, that we kept getting distracted by other food options and completely missed the seafood! Not quite sure how that happened since Busan is renowned for having some of the freshest seafood, but before we knew it, it was time to move on. Oh well. I guess this just means we will have to go back!

Favorite Corners - Busan

With its laid back atmosphere and abundant cafe culture, Busan blends sea-side charm with big city amenities and activities. We had no troubles finding things to do in the second largest city in South Korea. We spent rainy days wandering the world’s largest department store, lively evenings along boardwalks and street food markets, and sunny days wandering miles of cliffside.

Songdo Beach

Songdo Beach. As its name suggests, it has ocean views and a long stretch of sandy beach, but there is so much more here that we felt it deserved its own post. We started with a beach walk, then a stunning scenic cable car ride that paralleled the coast, and ended in a fantastic nature park that included dinosaurs, dragons, and a little prince.
